What are „ebooks“/patterns?

The ebooks/patterns of Elealinda-Design are very detailed photo

tutorials (working steps are described step by step using US crochet

terms, accompanied by photos, close-ups for each single step) for

crochet and sewing and combinations of it. These written tutorials

are in PDF file format and can be downloaded, viewed, stored and

printed via a computer or similar device.

Do I need a special software for the ebooks?

The ebooks are PDF files, which can be viewed with the free

software Acrobat Reader. The files can also be accessed and viewed

via other mobile devices like smartphones or tablets.

How can I pay?

You can pay your order with paypal or bank transfer. But please,

if your country is NOT Germany, you should always choose Paypal as

payment method. Otherwise there might occur high bank transfer

fees and the time from order until you get your download files

may be to long, up to several weeks.

You can choose the payment method in your shopping basket.

What happens after ordering?

After paypal payment is done, you get automatically access to your

download links.

Additionally, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail, an invoice

e-mail and an e-mail with your download links.

How often and how long do I have access to the patterns

via download links?

The download links will be active for a period of 30 days after payment.

In this period, you can download the file as many times times as you want.

Please do always store the bought files on your computer or an

USB stick DIRECTLY after purchase. Once stored on one of these devices,

you can access your pattern files endlessly.
