Crochet pattern, Granny Square, Shabby Stars, Star pattern, Hexagon, PDF US terms

With this crochet pattern from my series “Shabby Stars”, which has always a trendy star as main subject, you can get fancy
crochet granny squares and even have the choice between a square and a hexagon.
Crocheting granny squares is great fun because they can be done relatively quickly and you can crochet them every now and then!
They can be used to make bags, cases, hats, blankets, scarves, pillows, fashion-up clothes and so on.

This pattern demands a bit of patience while crocheting at the beginning, but once you have done the middle with the star, it will be a fun and easy project. Basic crochet knowledge (slip stitch, single, half double, double + treble crochet) are assumed to be known.

Required materials: Crochet hook size 2.5 or 3 or 3.5 mm, mercerized cotton yarn (sport/fine)
